I only purchased a new battery this time so I can have one on charge while the other is being used as it always runs out before I finish.
I thought the cost was rather high and there was also no benefit in purchasing the 2 batteries with charger.

Amazing handheld vacuum with excellent suction. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing customer service, I have had a couple of problems since I had my hoover, first time i broke the attachment nozzle and the second time the motor in the main foot burnt out. Shark customer services were so good both times i spoke to them, first time they ordered a replacemet nozzle and yesterday the service was second to none, the lady i spoke to did a trouble shooting video call and then ordered me a whole replacement foot which was delivered within 24 hours!! I will never have any other brand but Shark. 5 year guarantee gives peace of mind and makes the hoover worth every penny!

Excellent customer service, issue with the a broken part, one phone call, straight through, video conference call to diagnose the issue, new part dispatched and arriving today - a refreshing change in excellent customer service ! didn't catch the chaps name who helped me but THANKYOU!!

Just love the products always does what says on box

Utterly atrocious customer service. Months of going round in circles and receiving ‘this email inbox is unmanned’ auto replies. No other option for d/Deaf and disabled users who can’t use the phone helpline. Got sent an alternative email address via social media - ‘this inbox is unmanned’ - back to square one.

I have only used once but after cleaning floors there were still marks once dried. I may need to practice so i will persevere.
